EJ Miller | Publisher
EJ started TheHomeMag Tampa in 2005 and has worked with hundreds of home improvement companies throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. EJ found a call tracking method that all of TheHomeMag locations still use today. This call tracking system allows our advertisers to know how many calls they received from TheHomeMag. The success from the Tampa market led EJ to expand and start TheHomeMag in Orlando as well. In 2010, EJ expanded again into Polk County starting TheHomeMag Lakeland. EJ has won several awards each year on the success of TheHomeMag in both Lakeland & Tampa including the Lifetime Achievement Award with over 40M in sales.
EJ is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Bay Builders Association and Trinity Rotary charitable organization. EJ and his wife Seann are active members of the local community in the Tampa Bay Area.
Susan Gramza | Co-Publisher
Susan joined TheHomeMag in August 2010 as a graphic designer, she worked with every advertiser and was promoted to General Manager in 2014. In 2022 she became co-owner of Nature Coast and Ocala-The Villages magazines. She works with all of our advertisers to find the best advertising programs to help grow each business and connect them with quality leads. Susan has received awards for over 7.38M in sales for the last 3 years and reached 3.4M in sales for 2022.
Susan leads all of the employees from sales to production to work as a team and deliver superior customer service to each advertiser. “Clear the Path to Make it Easy,” that is TheHomeMag motto that helps guide her in each decision she makes from managing the mailing list, to sales and production.
Loralee Provenzano | Sr. Sales Account Executive
Loralee joined TheHomeMag in September 2014 as an Sales Account Executive. She creates lasting business partners with TheHomeMag with every business she works with. Loralee is consistently one of the top sales employees of TheHomeMag year after year. She has won Sales Employee of the Year in 2018, Most Improved Sales, Top off page Sales Person, Most Unique Categories of Sales, as well as a number of additional sales awards and reached over 2.21M in sales for 2021. She has the admiration and respect from every client she's served and inspires all of TheHomeMag team.
Caring for clients to deliver the best advertising solutions is what drives her. Loralee’s passion and drive makes her a valuable team player to TheHomeMag Tampa. She is hyper-focused on serving her clients to get more leads and more business every day.
Randy McMullen | Sr. Sales Account Executive
Randy joined the team as a Sales Rep in 2015 and has helped grow the Nature Coast, Ocala, and The Villages magazine tremendously. He received the Top Value Sales Award back to back in 2017 and 2018 at TheHomeMag National Conference.
His extensive 36 years of advertising, marketing and sales history makes it easy to help all our home improvement companies grow and thrive with qualified leads.
Maria Johnston | Sales Account Executive
Maria joined TheHomeMag in November 2022 as a sales account executive. She has over twenty years of diversified sales and marketing experience. Maria can highlight all the features of our products with her extensive knowledge!
She is great with her customers, making sure they are 100% satisfied and always reminding them that they can reach out to her anytime. Her solid leadership skills make her a vital part of our growing team.
Leah Ritchey | Office Manager
Leah joined TheHomeMag in February 2024 as our Office Manager. She is likely the first person you speak with when you call our office. Leah collaborates with all our advertisers to provide any information they may need. She is responsible for sending monthly invoices and connects with each advertiser every month.
Leah served six years of active duty in the Air Force and is currently a Reservist at MacDill Air Force Base. We are grateful for her service and the time she has dedicated both here and overseas.
Kassidy Grant | Graphic Artist
Kassidy joined TheHomeMag in November 2023 as our Publishers’ Assistant and she now is our Graphic Artist. She has a Bachelors Degree in graphic design and is quite the artist! She has an eye for design and beautiful unique layouts to help capture homeowners as they are flipping through the pages of TheHomeMag. Kassidy takes the time to get to know each advertisers and helps connect their business with the right type of leads they are looking for through her design work.
Kassidy helps with our social media pages and is always available to help advertisers get the best results from their ads with us. She is enthusiastic, outgoing and very organized.
Jim Lemay | Sales Account Executive
Jim joined the team in 2024 as a Sales Rep to help grow the Nature Coast, Ocala, and The Villages magazines. He has worked in numerous fields and his charismatic personality helps him relate to the business owners. He is an active member of several networking groups.
He is great at listening and finding ways to help businesses connect with homeowners through TheHomeMag.
Paulette Cercega | Sales Account Executive
Paulette joined TheHomeMag in 2024 as a sales account executive. She has marketing and sales experience. She has managed and operated her own blog and helped business owners find ways to connect with their potential customers throughout her career.
She has embraced our company motto and finds a way to “Clear to Path to make it easy to do business with TheHomeMag.”
Karlee Roepke | Digital Client Specialist
Karlee joined TheHomeMag in June 2024 as a summer intern while she was working on her final semester at the University of Alabama. She helped us launch our new website, AskHomey.com, and assists all our advertisers in building their digital presence with TheHomeMag. Additionally, she supports our sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and entering information into our systems to keep everyone on track. Karlee is eager to help TheHomeMag advertisers and her peers by providing the tools they need to achieve results from their advertising efforts.
Currently, Karlee has graduated from the University of Alabama, where she is earning her bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing. We are excited to have her on our team full time!
Kylee Cutler | Office Assistant
Kylee joined TheHomeMag in August 2024. She works with all our advertisers and the sales team to provide any information they might need. Kylee helps connect our advertisers with their results, mails magazines, runs reports and email campaigns, and assists with AskHomey.com listings and our Inbox Advantage email program.
Kylee has excellent customer service experience and embraces our company motto, “Clear the Path to Make it Easy.” She is ready to help in any area where assistance is needed to complete tasks.
